(Hint: it wasn't by learning to detach from the pain...)
Plus, you’ll learn several very common misconceptions that stand in the way of even seasoned meditators, and I'll show you what you can do instead to have an effortless sitting practice that you love coming back to.

The strategies I will show you work for anyone. It doesn’t matter if you don’t think of yourself as a meditator or if you have given up on sitting cross-legged and sit in a chair. We won’t be talking about bending into pretzels and "mind over matter."
Instead, you’ll learn how to set your cushions up right for you, how to use this platform to refine and improve your balance, wind your way out of pain, and develop effortless poise. This presentation won’t be recorded. You have to be there to learn:
- The simple strategy for dialing in your ideal cushion height.
- Understand the best positions, and how to take advantage of them.
- What to do if your knees are up in the air, (and what to do if they are cranking into the floor too...)
- How to coordinate your lower back and knees so that you can always find an effortless balanced position.
