Online Effortless Sitting Retreat

Online Meditation RetreatWe will contact you with the Online Retreat details. Retreats are approximately 10 hours over a Sat/Sun. (If you cannot attend the current retreat, we can hold a position for you for future dates.)

In preparation, you will need:

  • a good internet connection
  • comfortable, not restrictive clothing
  • A yoga mat (or two if one is too firm to lie on.) Blankets also work.
  • a place to lie and sit on the floor (with a webcam for feedback)
  • a zafu and zabuton, and support cushions or some towels and a stack of books to start (we will use these to start, so have them handy.)
